In this residential project, Cladding and Battens enhance façades, balconies and balcony soffits with aluminium exterior cladding systems.
This residential project interprets aluminium exterior cladding as an integral part of the building’s architectural language. The balcony surfaces, balcony soffits and vertical façade elements are defined through ForMe Design’s Cladding and Battens systems, creating continuity between volume, material and construction detail.
The project works with a measured balance between rendered surfaces, glass parapets and wood-effect cladding, creating a contemporary, warm and orderly appearance. The Cladding system accompanies the balcony soffits and the more protected portions of the building façade, enhancing the projecting elements with a precise and continuous horizontal texture.
The Battens, applied vertically to the central body of the façade, introduce rhythm and depth, contributing to the visual screening of circulation areas and to the definition of a more dynamic elevation. The sequence of slats dialogues with the balconies and glazed surfaces, creating a balanced relationship between privacy, natural light and openness towards the outside.
