On the exterior, the battens define the compact volume of the building with an orderly vertical rhythm, interpreting the façade as a brise-soleil system. In addition to enhancing the architectural image, this solution contributes to the climatic comfort of the workspaces by modulating natural light and improving energy efficiency — an increasingly central aspect in the design of modern offices.
Inside, the same design logic is reflected in the common areas, particularly in the main staircase zone.
