At the Rome headquarters of 3TI Progetti, ForMe Design organised a Brunch & Learn event dedicated to the studio’s architects and designers, creating an opportunity for technical insight and direct discussion on SKIN systems for contemporary architecture.
The event holds particular value thanks to the profile of the host studio: 3TI Progetti is a leading Italian firm in the field of engineering and integrated design, active for over 25 years in the development of infrastructure, collective spaces and complex projects on an international scale. The company reports more than 3,000 projects completed in over 70 countries and has been included in the ENR Top 225 International Design Firms ranking since 2015.
For ForMe Design, engaging with a design organisation of this relevance means entering into dialogue with a professional context where architecture is developed through integrated processes, multidisciplinary expertise and a vision focused on technical and construction quality.
During the Brunch & Learn, ForMe Design presented SKIN, the aluminium cladding and shading system designed to integrate with different architectural languages, offering compositional freedom, durability and continuity between technical function and design expression.
The discussion with the professionals at 3TI Progetti made it possible to explore applications, construction details and compositional approaches related to the use of Cladding and Battens in contemporary architecture, with particular attention to the role of the façade as a technical, aesthetic and identity-defining element.
More than a simple presentation, the Brunch & Learn confirms itself as a space for connection between company and design practice: a moment in which materials, systems and design culture enter into direct dialogue with those who develop complex architectures, infrastructure and spaces for the community every day.
